At Wigwam Socks, we stand behind the quality of our American-made products and offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on items in their original packaging. We want to ensure your feet stay comfortable and satisfied with every pair you purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal to ensure easy tracking of your package.

• 3.
  Package Securely

  Place the unworn socks with their original tags and packaging into a shipping mailer and affix the prepaid label to the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop the package at any authorized carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
